Thanks so much for your warm response to my new pattern, the Maker’s Tote. It always feels like somewhat of a gamble when I work on a pattern, but I’m glad to have this one out in the world.
Of course it wouldn’t happen without some help along the way. I had the opportunity to work with some wonderful pattern testers. They give me great feedback and I think it makes for an all-around better pattern.
Here’s a few snaps of what they made:
by Crystal, you can find her @clothalbatross on Instagram. She’s got such a great eye for beautiful colors!
by Jess (she’s @jessmakes on Instagram), love how she was excited to fill it up with her knitting project! Love the fabrics too!
by Jen (she’s @redcurlscrafts on instagram), she made the large version with April Rhodes fabrics. Jen is such a fun and sweet person, I’m happy to know her!
by Brienne, a lovely color combo, you can find her beautiful work @brienne_moody on Instagram, she also has a lovely blog!
Last, but not least, Anya, whom I met at my Nido workshop earlier this year, she does beautiful work and even teaches at Nido! Look at all those yummy fabrics in there!
Aren’t they all so pretty?! And I love how each selection of fabrics makes for a whole new look. Beautiful! A HUGE thank you to my testers, I am so grateful!

They’re all so lovely! I think I’ll have to bump this higher up on my list. Thanks for including the Instagram links too; their feeds are so inspirational!
I love this bag! I also love that it comes in too different sizes. I got my pattern but haven’t gotten to it yet. hopefully I can fit it in soon. I love to see the same bag in a bunch of different fabric pairings. so fun and inspiring! Thanks Anna for another great pattern! 😀
